Since its creation in 2001, Capital Cooking Equipment Inc. has developed into a major manufacturer of high-quality cooking equipment for households all around the world. With a common vision, executives from competing luxury appliance manufacturers left their jobs to start Capital Cooking. Together, they built a world-class team of appliance design and manufacturing visionaries. This team went on to develop Capital Cooking’s line of finely crafted luxury appliances for the home chef.
Revolutionizing The Industry
In 2004, Capital Cooking unveiled its first outdoor cooking and grilling product line, which revolutionized the industry. Today, this line has expanded to include luxury built-in and freestanding grills, along with coordinating storage draws, outdoor access doors and accessories.
Network Partnerships
At the end of 2010, The Food Network and Capital Cooking formed a partnership that placed Capital appliances on popular shows including Iron Chef, Cupcake Wars, Chopped, and the Next Food Network Star. Later in 2017, Capital appliances also appeared on the hit cooking competition, Top Chef.
